Director of Customer Success
Megan is responsible for managing relationships with Reach customers and ensuring they have the best consumer targeting possible for their marketing programs, using AI and predictive analytics. Her goal is to help customers develop highly successful, best-in-class customer acquisition, engagement and retention marketing programs.
She also oversees product feedback and works with product development to ensure Reach’s predictive cloud software meets and exceeds the needs of customers. When she isn’t providing guidance about Reach platform, you’ll likely find her having a glass of wine after the kids have gone to bed.
Prior to Reach Analytics, Megan was the primary client interface at Medallia, where she was accountable for achieving strategic program objectives and client portfolio accounts for $5 million in recurring revenue. Megan also previously served at a small boutique consultancy where she presented key findings and recommendations to enable effective marketing strategy decisions, and designed and employed advanced analytical techniques using client-provided data to provide objective, data-based insights.
